Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage
We inspect and photograph each vehicle at intake and note existing defects, including chips, dents, cracked trim, failed clear coat and previous paintwork. Some defects only become visible after the vehicle is clean. We will show you anything we find before we continue.
Paint correction removes a measured amount of clear coat. On repainted panels, resprayed areas or thin factory clear, we may decline to polish. Deep scratches that reach the primer or the base coat cannot be corrected by polishing and require refinishing by a body shop.
Coating and film warranty terms
Ceramic coating and paint protection film warranty terms shown on this website are sample figures for demonstration purposes. Actual terms are issued in writing at handover and depend on the product tier, the vehicle and the maintenance schedule agreed with you. Automatic brush washes, harsh solvents and missed maintenance visits will void them.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates do not expire, carry no dormancy fees, and are transferable. They are redeemable against any service, including membership, and are not redeemable for cash except where South Carolina law requires it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of SC.
